In addition to all requirements contained in 12 NCAC 09B .0308 of this Section, applicants in this category shall complete an instructor training course in time-distance speed measurement as required in 12 NCAC 09B .0211. An applicant meeting the requirements for time-distance speed measurement instrument instructor certification shall be issued a certification to run concurrently with the existing radar instructor certification.
