The Division shall use, whenever feasible, facilities and providers of services who are accredited by a public authority or professional organizations that grants accreditation in the related program area or areas of service provided. Providers of community rehabilitation program services shall be accredited by an entity approved by the Division. In other cases, facilities shall be selected on the condition that they appear upon investigation to be best adapted to render the specific services required.
