(a) Benchmark: The local health department shall mobilize the community to address health care resource needs.
(b) Activities:
(1) The local health department shall
collaborate with community health care providers to provide personal and
preventive health services.
(2) The
local health department shall collaborate with community health care providers
and agencies to reduce barriers to access to care.
