Within a (B-3) secondary business district only the following uses shall be permitted:

(1) lumber supply,

(2) farm implement,

(3) automobile garages,

(4) machinery repair,

(5) electrical fixtures and supplies,

(6) plumbing fixtures and supplies,

(7) wholesale establishments,

(8) sheet metal shops,

(9) roofing establishments,

(10) heating and air conditioning establishments,

(11) contractors' yards,

(12) utility yards,

(13) storage yards, and

(14) tire recapping.
