For purposes of Social Services Block Grant [Title XX of the Social Security Act, 20 USC 1397-1397(f)] reimbursement, services in Sections .0200 through .1200 of this Subchapter may only be provided by the Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse Services, including its area authorities and contract service providers.
