For all Medicaid applicants who have a face-to-face interview at the county department of social services, the Income Maintenance Caseworker shall explain and make referrals for:

(1) Health Check;

(2) Family planning services;

(3) Food stamps;

(4) Governmental benefits including RSDI, SSI, VA;

(5) Women, Infants and Children Program (WIC);

(6) Carolina ACCESS;

(7) Medicaid Transportation;

(8) Life Line/Link-up;

(9) Health Insurance Premium Payment program; and

(10) Voter Registration.
