Except as noted in the Subparagraphs of this Paragraph, copies of the rules, standards and other requirements incorporated by reference in Paragraph (a) of this Rule may be obtained from the Superintendent of Documents, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, D.C. 20402 at a cost as follows:
