(a) Only those facilities with units that meet the requirements of this Section may advertise, market or otherwise promotethemselves as providing special care units for persons with Alzheimer's Disease or related disorders.

(b) The facility shall disclose information about the special care unit according to G.S. 131D-8 and which addresses policies and procedures listed in Rule.1305 of this Section.
