(a) Adult care home staff shall provide personal care to residents according to the residents' care plans and attend to any other personal care needs residents may be unable to attendtofor themselves.

(b) Staff shall provide supervision of residents in accordance with each resident'sassessed needs, care plan and current symptoms.

(c) Staff shall respond immediately in the case of an accident or incident involving a resident to provide care and intervention according to the facility's policies and procedures.
