When a facility elects to provide an outpatient cardiac rehabilitation program, the program shall be subject to 10 NCAC 03S, Sections .0300 -.1000, which are incorporated by reference with all subsequent amendments. Referenced rules are available from the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Health Service Regulation, Licensure and Certification Section, 2711 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699 at a cost of three dollars ($3.00) each.
