(a) Health Screening Services shall:
(1) be
provided at facilities that are able to ensure individual privacy while
conducting screening activities;
(2) include, at a minimum, basic screenings
of height and weight, blood pressure, and visual acuity;
(3) include a medical history questionnaire
for participants; and
(4) provide
individualized counseling to participants.
(b) Medical treatment may not be provided as part of the health screening service.
