Section 46 .0102 - INFORMATION REQUIRED

A grain dealer shall issue and make available to the producer a scale ticket within a reasonable time, not to exceed 24 hours after the delivery of grain. The scale ticket shall include at least the following information:

(1) grain dealer's name and address;

(2) producer's name and, where applicable, producer's address;

(3) date;

(4) consecutive ticket number;

(5) type of grain;

(6) gross, tare, and net weight;

(7) whether the grain is inbound or outbound;

(8) truck or trailer license number;

(9) type of transaction, clearly indicating whether the grain is sold or stored;

(10) signature of grain dealer or his agent, representative or employee;

(11) base price per bushel, where applicable;

(12) grade factors, where applicable;

(13) deductions, where applicable; and

(14) net price and total amount paid, where applicable.
