Section 6700.6 - Appeal

In the event that a particular record cannot be made available to the applicant, he is given a statutory right to appeal to the chairman of the commission or to an authorized representative. [FN[DAGGER]] Should the chairman or representative sustain the denial of the records requested by the applicant, the applicant will be notified, in writing, within seven business days of receipt of the appeal, the reasons therefor. The chairman of the commission is Hon. Otto Kinzel, who may be contacted at the offices of the commission.
