Section 6700.5 - Copies and fees

Persons who seek to inspect the records of the commission may request that copies of those records be made. The records access officer shall try to provide such copies at the time requested, if possible. The fee for such copies is 25 cents per page for records up to 8 1/2 by 14 inches in size, and one dollar per page for documents in excess of that size. Payment may be made by cash to the extent of five dollars, or check or money order made payable to "Commissioner of Taxation and Finance".
