Section 6022.2 - Statement of purpose

(a) These regulations are intended to promote continued instruction and study in the attitudes, knowledge, skills and procedures involved in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of police work above and beyond the fundamentals covered in the basic course for police officers and the course in police supervision.

(b) This Part sets forth specific requirements associated with the administration of in-service training courses and rules governing the attendance/completion of such courses.
