Section 484.2 - Subpoenas

(a) The superintendent, and if designated by the superintendent, the first deputy superintendent, chief inspector, or counsel, shall have the power to issue subpoenas and subpoenas duces tecum requiring persons to appear before a designated division commissioned officer and be examined with reference to a matter within the scope of the administrative personnel investigation being conducted, and to produce books, payrolls, personnel records, correspondence, documents, papers, or any other evidence relating to such investigation.

(b) The fees payable to individuals required to be examined shall be the same as in the case of a subpoena issued by a court of record.
