Section 468.2 - Definitions

Unless the context requires otherwise, the definitions used in this Part have the following meanings:

(a) Division means the New York State Police, as established by section 210 of the Executive Law.

(b) Superintendent means the head of the New York State Police, as established by section 210 of the Executive Law.

(c) Division headquarters means the facility where the headquarters staff, as set forth in section 215, subdivision 1-a of the Executive Law, is housed and which facility is located at Building 22, 1220 Washington Ave., Albany, NY 12226-2252.

(d) Tribal Council means the Council of Chiefs of the Saint Regis Tribe, as set forth in article 8 of the Indian Law.

(e) Tribal Police Department means the police department established pursuant to section 114 of the Indian Law.

(f) Municipal Police Training Council means the council created under section 839 of the Executive Law.
