Section 376.1 - Traversing the Niagara River Gorge on a high wire

The office shall authorize Nik Wallenda to access Niagara Falls State Park for the purpose of traversing over the Niagara River Gorge to or from Canada on a high wire on one occasion as required by the provisions of chapter 572 of the Laws of 2011 and pursuant to any additional terms and conditions the office deems necessary and appropriate to protect public health, safety and welfare and to recoup costs for the event.
