Section 8800.5 - Notification of receipt

(a) Within five days of receipt of a complete petition for an advisory opinion, the office shall send written notification of such receipt to all parties.

(b) A notification of receipt shall indicate:

(1) the date on which the office received the complete petition for an advisory opinion;

(2) the date by which the office will issue its advisory opinion;

(3) that any party may submit additional information to the office within 30 days of the date of the office's receipt of the complete petition, provided such additional information also is sent, at the same time, to all other parties; and

(4) that upon the request of any party, and upon 10 days notice to all other parties, the office may schedule a meeting of all parties at which they may present their views to the office.
