Section 8600.2 - Public hearings

(a) The agencies whose permits are subject to this Part and any interested party shall have the right to present oral or written testimony to the Director of the Office of Business Permits or his designee regarding the inclusion, exclusion or addition of agencies or their permits to the master application procedure. Such testimony will be presented at a public hearing at which a record shall be made.

(b) Notice of such hearing shall be filed in the State Register at least 30 days prior to the hearing along with the proposed agency action. The hearing shall be conducted in a manner consistent with the provisions of the State Administrative Procedure Act.
