Section 166-3.5 - Standards for maintaining records

(a) Except when a data subject provides unsolicited personal information, only such personal information which is relevant and necessary to accomplish a purpose required to be accomplished by statute or executive order, or to implement a program specifically authorized by law shall be maintained in records.

(b) All records used to make any determination about any data subject shall be maintained with accuracy, relevance, timeliness and completeness.

(c) No record pertaining to a data subject shall be modified to avoid the provisions of this Subpart.
