Section 166-2.10 - Fees

(a) There shall be no fees charged for:

(1) inspection of records;

(2) search for records; or

(3) certification that a transcript is a true copy of records copied, that the division is not the legal custodian for the records sought or that the records, which are in the custody of the division, cannot be found.

(b) The fee for photocopies not to exceed 8 1/2 by 14 inches shall be 25 cents per page. Fees for copies of records other than photocopies which are 8 1/2by 14 inches or less in size shall be the actual cost of copying, excluding fixed agency costs such as salaries.
