Part 8201 - Public Access To Records
Section 8201.1 - Definitions as used in this Part

(a) Records shall mean those records, documents or other data which are in the custody of the council.

(b) Payroll record shall mean an itemized record setting forth the name, business address, title and salary of every officer and employee of the council.

(c) Records access officer shall mean the executive secretary of the council or any other employee of the council designated by the executive director to receive and respond to inquiries to inspect for certifying the council payroll.
