Current through Register Vol. 46, No. 12, March 20, 2024

(a) Effective July 1, 1980, the basic annual salary of officers and employees to whom the provisions of this Part apply shall be increased by 3 1/2percent, adjusted to the next higher whole-dollar amount.

(b) Effective January 1, 1981, the basic annual salary of officers and employees to whom the provisions of this Part apply shall be increased by an amount equal to seven percent, less the 3 1/2 percent increase authorized by subdivision (a) of this section, adjusted to the next higher whole-dollar amount; provided, however, that the increase in basic annual salary provided by subdivisions (a) and (b) of this section taken together shall not exceed seven percent.

(c) For the purposes of this section, the basic annual salary of incumbents of positions described in subdivision (f) of section 152.1 of this Part is that salary which is obtained through direct appropriation of State monies.
