Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Part, officers or employees whose salaries are prescribed by section 19 of the Correction Law shall be subject to performance evaluation processes and be eligible for performance advances in accordance with the terms of plans developed by the Commissioner of Correctional Services and approved by the Director of the Budget.
