Section 7202.13 - Fees

(a) Unless otherwise prescribed by statute, there shall be no fee charged for:

(1) inspection of records;

(2) search for records; or

(3) any certification pursuant to this Part.

(b) The fees for copies of records shall be 25 cents per page of record not in excess of 9 inches x14 inches, or the actual cost of reproduction if the page is in excess of 9 inches x 14 inches or is not capable of being photocopied. The fee for copies of records may be waived in the discretion of the privacy compliance officer.
