The fourth paragraph of the order embodied in Executive Order Number 35 and dated May 19, 1976, establishing a Mental Hygiene Medical Review Board, is hereby amended to read as follows:

Now, therefore, I, Hugh L. Carey, Governor of the State of New York, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and Laws of this State, do hereby establish a Mental Hygiene Medical Review Board to be composed of eight members, including specialists in forensic pathology, forensic psychiatry and internal medicine, to be appointed by the Governor to serve at his pleasure. The Governor shall designate one of the members to serve as Chairman of the Mental Hygiene Medical Review Board. Members of the Board shall receive no compensation for their services but shall be reimbursed for their actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties.
