Article II of the order embodied in Executive Order Number sixty-five and dated October thirteen, one thousand nine hundred seventy-two, appointing an Extraordinary Special and Trial Term of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, is hereby amended to read as follows:

II. I do hereby designate the Honorable John M. Murtagh, a Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, First Judicial District, to hold the said Extraordinary Special and Trial Term as hereinbefore appointed and described and among other things to cause to be drawn according to law a grand jury or grand juries to serve the said Extraordinary Special and Trial Term of the Supreme Court, and where the interests of prompt and efficient justice require, to transfer any actions and proceedings to such other trial terms of the Supreme Court as shall be designated by the State Administrative Judge for such purpose.
