Executive Order No. 5 of Governor Eliot Spitzer (9 NYCRR § 6.5) repeals, cancels and revokes in their entirety all Executive Orders issued by previous Governors with the exception of those Executive Orders noted as being continued in the Text of Executive Order No. 5.
