I, Malcolm Wilson, Governor of the State of New York, by virtue of the authority vested in me by subdivision 6 of section 601 of the Labor Law do hereby prolong through June 2, 1974 the period during which the applicability of the provisions of item (ii) of subparagraph (1) of paragraph (b) of subdivision 1 of section 601 of the Labor Law, and of the reference to such item in subparagraph (2) of such paragraph, is suspended, as originally specified in Executive Order Number 3 of February 1, 1974
