I, Nelson A. Rockefeller, Governor of the State of New York, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and Laws of the State of New York, do hereby direct by Executive Order that the initial paragraph of the Executive Order of March 6, 1970, establishing the Manpower Resources Commission, as amended by the Executive Order of April 2, 1971, be further amended to read as follows:

I, Nelson A. Rockefeller, Governor of the State of New York, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and Laws of the State of New York, do hereby establish in the Executive Department a Manpower Resources Commission to provide centralized leadership and direction in manpower training, to consist of the Industrial Commissioner as chairman, the Commissioners of Education, Commerce, Environmental Conservation, Correctional Services, Social Services, Local Government, and Human Rights, the President of the State Civil Service Commission, the President of the State University, the Director of the Division for Youth, and the Chairman of the Narcotic Addiction Control Commission.
