Executive Order No. 7 of Governor Eliot Spitzer ( § 6.7 of this Title); Executive Order No. 9 of Governor David A. Paterson ( § 7.9 of this Title) and Executive Order No. 2 of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo ( § 8.2 of this Title) repeals, cancels and revokes in their entirety all Executive Orders issued by Governor Nelson A. Rockefeller with the exception of Executive Order No. 42 ( § 1.42 of this Part).
