Section 2213.6 - Application content

On and after February 14, 2010, a lender, or its servicer, or the corporation acting on behalf of the eligible lender, shall clearly and conspicuously disclose on, or with, any application or solicitation for a program loan, as part of the lender's compliance with section 2213.5(h) of this Part, all of the applicable disclosure requirements contained in the Federal Truth in Lending Act (Regulation Z) as set forth in 12 CFR part 226, subpart F. Lenders must also comply with all other requirements required by applicable New York State and Federal law and regulation (as well as any applicable law and regulation in the state in which the lender is located).
