Section 2213.18 - Reporting requirements for participating colleges

(a) Whenever a school determines a student has dropped to less than half-time attendance, the school must report such information to the National Student Loan Clearinghouse. A school that does not use the Clearinghouse shall report in a manner that has been approved by the corporation.

(b) Whenever a college receives information which would make the borrower or cosigner ineligible to receive program loans due to a default or failure as described in section 2213.2(f) of this Part, the college must report such information to the corporation.
