(a) Income.
(1) For the purposes of this Part, income
means the sum of the incomes of persons whose incomes are required to be
reported, pursuant to section
663 of the
Education Law, after any adjustments pursuant to section
2202.3 of this Part.
(2) Income will affect the calculation of
award amounts as set forth in this Part.
(3) Applicants with incomes exceeding the
maximums set forth in this Part are ineligible for awards.
(b) Tuition. To be eligible to receive an award, an applicant's tuition must be at least $200 for the academic year.
(c) Awards. Awards may not exceed the maximums nor fall below the minimums set forth in this Part.
