Section 2102.3 - Audits of schools

Auditors shall be given access to all records relative to educational loans and the status of students who have educational loans or who have applied for educational loans (or on whose behalf a parent has taken out or applied for an educational loan for the student to attend the school), including the following records and such other similar records as are pertinent:

(a) loan applications;

(b) college transcripts;

(c) admissions application;

(d) admissions acceptance letters;

(e) evidence of high school diploma or equivalent;

(f) needs analysis documents;

(g) financial aid award letters; and

(h) ledgers or billing documents.
