Part 2006 - Suspension And Limitation Of Awards Participation
Section 2006.1 - Definitions

(a) Award means general awards, academic performance awards and fellowships as these terms are defined in section 2200.2 of this Title.

(b) Institution means college or vocational institution as these terms are defined in section 2001.1 of this Title.

(c) Limitation means the continuance of an institution's eligibility, subject to compliance with special conditions or restrictions which have been set by the corporation as a result of an institution's failure to comply with applicable law, regulation or agreements.

(d) Suspension means the cessation of an institution's participation in awards programs for a specific period of time.

(e) Termination means the cessation of an institution's participation in awards programs.
