Section 2002.4 - Appeals

(a) Any person denied access to records may, within 30 days, appeal, in writing, such denial to the president or the designee of the president.

(b) The president or the designee of the president shall, within seven business days, respond to such appeal by:

(1) fully explaining, in writing, the reasons for further denial of such request; or

(2) notifying, in writing, of the intention of the corporation to provide access to the records sought.

(c) The president or his designee shall immediately forward to the records access officer and the Committee on Open Government a copy of such appeal and the determination thereon.
