Section 2000.1 - General purposes

The purposes of the corporation are:

(a) to improve post-secondary educational opportunities of eligible students through centralized administration of New York State financial aid and loan programs; and

(b) to coordinate the State's administrative effort in student financial aid and loan programs with those of other levels of government.
