Officers shall be elected by the members of the student assembly at its annual business meeting. To stand for election as an officer, an individual must be eligible to serve as a representative from the institution, must have at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA, must be enrolled at a State University of New York campus and be nominated by a representative.
