Section 334.2 - Chair and presiding officer

The chief administrative officer of the college shall be the chair of the faculty of each college. Each college faculty may provide for the selection of its presiding officer, in a manner to be specified in college faculty bylaws. Both the chancellor and the chief administrative officer shall be empowered to call meetings of the college faculty or the governance body of that faculty and of its executive committee. The agendum of each meeting of these bodies shall provide, as a priority order of business, an opportunity for both the chancellor and chief administrative officer to present their reports.
