Section 302.12 - Charge for credit courses given by correspondence

(a) Each special student enrolled in a course given by correspondence for which credit is given shall pay a charge of:

(1) Undergraduate programs:
(i) $137 per undergraduate semester credit hour, of which 85 cents shall be credited to payment of the college fee; or

(ii) $92 per undergraduate quarter credit hour, of which 55 cents shall be credited to payment of the college fee.

(2) Graduate programs:
(i) $213 per graduate semester credit hour, of which 85 cents shall be credited to payment of the college fee.

(ii) $142 per graduate quarter credit hour, of which 55 cents shall be credited to payment of the college fee.

(b) If a course is not completed within 12 months, students may renew their enrollment in a course for an additional 12 months. A nonrefundable renewal fee of $10 will be charged. A student may renew enrollment only once.

(c) The Chancellor is hereby authorized to establish refund policies as required.
