Section 187.7 - Fees

(a) The fees for copies of available records shall be as follows:

(1) Twenty-five cents per page.

(2) Existing computer printouts: 25 cents per page.

(3) Initial printout from computer file: computer time-charges shall be based on current rates and computer resources used and shall not exceed actual cost. If the requestor does not provide the necessary computer tape and labels, the fee for such computer tape and labels shall be the actual cost thereof to the department.

(4) Any other record: the actual cost thereof to the department.

(5) Certifications: no additional charge.

(b) Fees shall be paid by check or money order to "State Education Department."
