Section 177.1 - Services to pupils attending nonpublic schools

For the purpose of obtaining services from a school district for a student who is enrolled in a nonpublic school, pursuant to section 3602-c of the Education Law, the parent, guardian or person legally having custody of such pupil shall file a written request for such services with the trustee, board of trustees or board of education of the school district responsible for providing such services in accordance with section 3602-c(2) of the Education Law.
