Section 153.2 - Rules and regulations

(a) The Board of Education of the City School District of the City of New York shall file with the department on or before April 30, 1974, a copy of rules and regulations which have been promulgated by such board, or promulgated by the chancellor and approved by such board, concerning the operation of such umbrella programs. Such rules and regulations shall include; but not be limited to:

(1) the scope and sequence of programs;

(2) administration and supervision of such programs;

(3) fiscal controls and auditing procedures;

(4) program evaluation;

(5) program monitoring;

(6) employee qualifications and salary levels;

(7) program accountability and reporting;

(8) management and administrative organization.

(b) Upon the approval of the commissioner of such rules and regulations, the city school district of the City of New York shall be eligible to receive the funds appropriated for the purposes of this Part.
