Part 150 - State Aid For Certain Nonpublic Institutions Of Higher Learning
Section 150.1 - Institutional reports

Nonpublic institutions of higher education which apply for State aid pursuant to section 6401 of the Education Law shall submit the following information in a manner prescribed by the commissioner:

(a) a report of opening fall enrollment by November 1st of each year and a comprehensive report on enrollment by November 30th;

(b) a report of institutional faculty and staff by November 1st of each year;

(c) an annual certified audit report within 100 days after the close of the institution's fiscal year;

(d) general financial report for the preceding fiscal year not later than three months after the close of the institution's fiscal year;

(e) a copy of the summary budget of the institution for the ensuing fiscal year by July 1st of each year;

(f) a report on the inventory and use of physical facilities by November 30th of each year;

(g) a report on library resources by October 1st of each year;

(h) a statement of long-range plans in relation to such matters as institutional objectives, programs, enrollment, staffing, degrees, facilities and financing, together with a report of progress in implementing such plans by August 1st of each year;

(i) a statement with respect to the administrative practices and procedures of the institution whenever required by the commissioner;

(j) a certification of the number of earned bachelor's, master' s and doctoral degrees conferred by the institution and, by the two-year institutions only, the number of earned associate degrees conferred, during the 12-month period ending on the preceding June 30th, and shall submit, in addition, an estimate of the number of such degrees to be granted during each of the next two succeeding 12-month periods beginning July 1st. Such reports shall be submitted by August 15th of each year; and

(k) a statement, to be submitted by September 1st of each year by each institution which has received apportionment of State aid, setting forth the ways in which the funds so apportioned during the 12-month period ending on the preceding June 30th have assisted the institution in achieving its objectives.
