Section 149-3.2 - Definitions

For the purposes of this Subpart:
(a) Base year means the school year prior to the current year.
(b) Current year means the school year in which the plan prepared pursuant to the Subpart is to be implemented.
(c) Local funds means monies raised by local tax levy.
