The purpose of this Subpart is to establish educational and fiscal standards for the use of the setaside for compensatory education in school districts for locally administered programs for pupils with compensatory educational needs, pursuant to the provisions of paragraphs a and b of subdivision 10 and paragraph g of subdivision 12 of section 3602 of the Education Law.
