Section 145-9.4 - Selection of scholarship nominees and publication of selection criteria

(a) Each high school shall select scholarship nominees using the criteria set forth in section 145-9.5 of this Subpart, and shall certify to the department on forms prescribed by the department the identity of its scholarship nominees in priority rank order, using the methodology prescribed in section 145-9.5 of this Subpart.

(b) High schools shall publish and make available to students the criteria used to select scholarship nominees at the beginning of each school year. Such criteria shall be in accordance with the requirements prescribed in section 145-9.5 of this Subpart.
