Section 142.4 - Summary plans

In order to be eligible to receive gifted and talented program aid, school districts shall submit to the State Education Department, by December 1st of each year for which aid is sought, a summary plan in a form prescribed by the Commissioner of Education. Such plan shall include information about the scope and nature of the services provided by the school district to gifted pupils.
